EverReal Successfully Completes Seed Investment Round

November 13, 2019

  • Seed X Liechtenstein AG and High-Tech Gründerfonds (HTGF) invest seven-figure euro amount
  • EverReal offers real estate companies a digital platform for renting and selling of real estate
  • The new capital will be invested into the further development of the platform, customer acquisition and the expansion of the team.

The two institutional venture capital companies HTGF and Seed X have invested a seven-figure euro amount in the further growth of EverReal GmbH, based in Munich. Founded in 2017, the PropTech company focuses on making real estate transactions (letting/selling) seamless for everyone involved.

“We are very pleased that we were not only able to convince a growing number of satisfied customers of EverReal, but also two new, renowned seed investors. The numerous manual processes required in a tenant change or the sale of an apartment are absolutely outdated,” says Nessim Djerboua, co-founder and CEO of EverReal. “It is neither comprehensible to the employees of the companies nor to the prospective tenants or buyers why they should submit or process stacks of documents on paper when the same steps can be carried out almost completely automatically and digitally with minimal effort.”

Customers who have chosen EverReal so far include large landlords and institutional asset and property managers as well as medium-sized real estate portfolio owners, managers and brokerage firms from all over Germany. EverReal’s white-label solution platform offers significant time and resource savings for companies that frequently lease or sell real estate in their day-to-day business. At the same time, it ensures greater job satisfaction for the employees of the companies and enables their potential customers to enjoy a state of the art, digital experience, as they have long been accustomed to it in other areas. The intuitive user experience and ease of implementation are some key success factors for attracting customers today. EverReal guarantees GDPR-compliant processes and enables maximum transparency through the availability of data in real time.

“We are excited about the outstanding software that has made the EverReal team the technology leader in the industry in a very short time. We are correspondingly motivated to actively support the company in the further growth phase,” says Mathias Jaeggi, CEO of Seed X Liechtenstein AG.

“Real estate transactions have hardly changed in 100 years. EverReal’s software offers deep value creation and automates time-consuming processes. The technology in combination with the experienced founding team convinced us completely”, says Tobias Schulz, Senior Investment Manager at HTGF.

With the sum invested by HTGF and Seed X, EverReal intends on the one hand to further develop and expand its product and on the other hand to strengthen its team and market presence.
