After completing her technical college entrance qualification, Wera Pelz trained as an office administrator at a building society and then worked for various employers as a clerk and sales assistant. Wera has been part of the High-Tech Gründerfonds team since June 2013. After a long time in the front and back office, she moved to the HR department in March 2024, which she had been supporting for a long time. Here she is responsible for preparatory payroll accounting as well as all operational and administrative tasks.
